With two decades of military experience and a graduate of the US Naval Academy (1999), Charles brings a unique and informed perspective to privacy and cybersecurity law and data strategy. Admitted in 2022, and a former IndiBar Review participant, Charles is well-positioned to advise students in this area of the Universal Bar Exam (UBE).
